By the time a decision is taken, the world will look so much different, it won't matter. And there are no interim restrictions on Microsoft, which is what I worried about most. So, the skies are clearing..........but the stock doesn't go up.

The price action recently does seem a bit peculiar, especially in light of its inherit future discounting mechanisms reflecting what lay ahead. I for one, don't see whatever it is, and I know the market knows better about the future (6-12 months) than myself.

The only thing that comes to mind Jacob, is that big money isn't patient. It could be that they have become weary of litigation and the possible effects on focus thereof. Perhaps the wind is crying for compromise on both sides where there is a win-win outcome, even though I don't believe that is possible, short of a complete dismissal.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if this were proven to be in the future the early signs of birth pangs, on both sides for a eventual settlement agreement.

Respectfully,
Thunder
