Hi Mark:

The DOCSIS certification is obviously good news. The larger question is the type market demand that exist or will exist for these higher end cable modems.

We still are seeing large modem deals between the manufacturers and the MSOs. When do you suspect this existing distribution channel to migrate beyond the MSO to a more personalized purchase for which these types of modems are designed?

Where do you see the initial market for DOXport 1110? Who will likely be the first purchasers of this product? Will it be the "At-Work" category of customer that the MSOs are now putting the clamp on with respect to their residential-only service, or does a residential market for this type of modem in-fact exist at this point in time?

Any comments would be appreciated.
