mkt undecided at 3740... yesterday's open - looks like it's smacked up against overhead resistance 3 times so far and failed to break through. Is it looking like we'll now
retest 3700 (oh excuse me, 3702) this afternoon? 3650?

I see a very gradual waning in strength but no strong signals yet - anyone?
