Ha
you cannot fool me. Dr. Evil had bad intentions but did good things. We must have compassion for Dr. Evil. People who have bad intentions suffer. The do not participate fully in the human social web, as completely as is possible when you have good intentions.

So Dr. Evil was neither "good" nor "bad". He was a troubled man, who was probably in psychic pain, and he intended to do bad things. Poor Dr. Evil. Did anyone go to his funeral? Did his mother love him? Did he have a wife? Children? How were his relationships with his peers? Was he respected? What was his philosophy?
