For the pass 2 months I have tried hundreds of time to reach Gateway customer service : 1-800-846-8529 …. Busy signal all the time. I have also sent the message to the following to: gateway.com and to custserv@gateway.com I have never received any answers though. This morning I sent $400 $US to the one this gateway system was intended asking him to go out buy a monitor in replacement of the one Gateway did not resent after UPS as lost it. It will take long long time before I use Internet to order something. It shows me how we are helpless if thing go wrong. VISA will not cancel the payment because the order has been partially filled. Since I'M unable to communicate with Gateway we can not even cancel the whole thing and return the computer. I will never buy from Gateway anymore. This post is a follow-up from Message 14241613 As an AMD's fan, I feel very mad at that thing. Also, for Internet to be a success, we need a powerful agency that could efficiently make arbitrage with the power of banning any companies that do not give a minimum after sell service. Gottfried
