I basically said many times that P4 will get to 2.4GHz on 0.13 and lower IPC than Athlon and P4 will pose no problems for AMD in 2000 but a problem for AMD in 2001. You can do a search on my profile for Willamette and check all the way back to mid-99 and that's what you will find. Please feel free to disprove me. Might I add that the only known wild opinion swings on Willamette on this thread have been sourced by you? Chuck
