Sorrento Networks' GigaMux Part of INRG Worldwide Agreement

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 2000--Sorrento Networks, a subsidiary of Osicom Technologies (Nasdaq:FIBR - news), today announced that its GigaMux(tm) product will be an integral part of the worldwide reseller agreement between INRANGE Technologies (Nasdaq:INRG - news) and Hewlett-Packard that was unveiled earlier this week.

INRANGE Technologies is the exclusive worldwide distributor of Sorrento's optical networking products in the storage area networks (SAN) market.
