InterDigital expects the case to be docketed for trial some time in the second or third quarter of 2001. I guess this explains why the stock price continues it's decline. Dead money here until mid 2001, then a lengthy trail. the Special Master agreed with InterDigital on a number of claim construction issues, and agreed with Ericsson on certain others. I suppose this nixes an out of court settlement that entirely favors IDCC. If this goes to trial, and if ERICY loses, will we see an appeal? Of course we will Does anyone see this being resolved before 2005?
