I believe, however, it is more applicable to academic bantering than to the value problems of real life. When I lie drowzy on the operating table, and look up at that guy in the white smock and holding the knife, I know precisely what my reality is: "Listen, you ugly sawbones. You know how to use that God Damn thing! I meant the knife, you dirty bastard..." !!
