The company's total revenues for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2000 were approximately $902,000 compared with $32,000 for the year ended June 30, 1999. Net loss for the year ended June 30, 2000 was reduced to $0.17 compared with $0.47 for the year ended June 30, 1999.
