Hence, the Company will be filing the Form 10-K after the scheduled due date. May I offer the speculation that since Jadoonet and SamsungIndia are building this under license, they may have additional inventory in stock that they have not yet paid the "per box" licensing fee to Web2U?? Either that, or they need to write down inventory they have in stock, but remains unsold as a result of their production at Shanghai Thakral... I'm betting it's something positive though.... One additional point... Though we'll have to wait some two weeks for the actual 10K to be filed, it will mean that we'll only have 30 days to wait until the next 10Q.. Regards, Ron
