What monetary damages? Who's going to make him pay? You? Nobody is paid for their advice here, so you get what you pay for. At least he had the balls to print a retraction. Did you sell your VLNC because of Bill? If so, then you're an idiot and should be treated as such. If not, then you have no "damages" to bitch about.
