Joe: I know the insiders who periodically sells their stock at AMAT Please look at vickers insiders trading data. Look at their track record of insiders selling and stock movements after that. I discuss with Analysts on a weekly basis and exchange our views. Your analyst friend is free talk to me. I will openly share my views on AMAT. Currently his concerns are misplaced. Every insiders will have financial constraints and necessity ( may be to buy a hummer) they periodically download their options. Regards Kumar.
