On May 14 the co did a 10QSB filing wherein they indicated an intention to do a public offering. Even the underwriter was identified. The thought angered me since the dilution occuring from an offering at $1.25/sh would be significant. Bill pointed out that that the process was moving forward with the price of the offering to be fixed "down the road". It was his hope that the price of the co's stock would be significantly higher by then. Of course we agreed that this could only occur upon the announcement of "tape out" and the disclosure of the foundry partner. All of this suggested that same would occur prior to the offering.

Bill indicated that there are at least 2 inked deals with billion dollar companies, that would give IMES instant credibility, THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ANNOUNCED. It is my feeling that the announcement of tape-out and the name of the foundry partner coupled with 2 deals with premier fortune 500 entities will slingshot the share price.
