Yes sir, give me the choice of the momentary embarassment of issuing a 'retraction' on a stock I've held no position in for months and spending a significant amount of cash on attornies fees in a lawsuit. Hmm, do I spend $__,___ or let the simple minded who think that a forced retraction is worth the paper it's printed on have a few laughs and say a couple of meaningless 'I told you so's'. Hmm, tough one.
