Perhaps you could also fill in as to what is left of the Bundesbanks 'savy' in this regard [at the ECB]... it was always held in utmost regard, and if I remember correctly wasn't wrong for long when it stepped in. Didn't they make quite a bit of money over the decades stabilizing currencies??
