average joe wouldn't it make more sense to suspect the shares price being kept down purposely if the volumes were higher? The price would be kept down so someone could accumulate cheaply, but trades of 40 or 100 or 300 or 500 would have less value than the brokerage costs. Something stinks Regards Lino...
