I assumed that funds on a calendar quarter reporting calendar used the close price on the last day of the quarter.

But you know what they say about assumptions.

The quarterly reports from the funds show the number of shares and dollar value they own as of the last day in the quarter. Just a guess, but the wannabe lawyer in me says that they would report what they actually own, not stuff that's in the process of settlement.

If that's the case, then window-dressing ended on Tuesday.

Anybody know for sure?

Regards,
Fund

(it occurs to me that all funds may not work the same way)
