Bernie, I agree with you, but the democrat did not wear the "compasionate conservatism" blanket. A wolf in sheep closing. Personally, I think that drug usage should be curbed, youngsters start as "non violent drug offenders" and graduate to gang induced drug pushing. More rehabilitation rather than emprisonment would probably be a better way, but I am no expert in this field. I consider myself fortunate to have raised four "youngsters", and my major fear has always been their getting involved with the wrong crowd. Luckily, we managed without a single incident or even a close call, but, I worked from home in the last 15 years, paying attention to what they did and with whom. Many parents do not have that luxury. Zeev
