Tim I agree: I think he should have announced during trading hours. I think all "bad news"-type announcements should be during trading hours. Leave the mergers for after the close... This is anecdotal, but from what I hear from UC Berkeley, where (in year 2000) they have been heavily re-equipping with G4's, is ...THEY STINK! Motherboards need replacing..CPU and hard-drive too close together, they overheat.. plus O/S 9, or 8 or..anyway, they cause backward-complatibility problems, etc. If people are ripping their hair out at UC Berkeley, what is the REAL story across the country??
