rates by: tanker_broker 9/28/00 10:28 am Msg: 433 of 434 Aframax rates on the rise again - Caribs/US fixed at ws 230 this a.m. (vs. 190 one week ago today). Euro/Asia afra rates unch. for the moment, but Caribs is leading the charge. Also, suezmax (130k dwt / 1 mil bbl capacity) rates going up up and up - should lead to a sympathetic move in smaller vessels.
