I am very troubled by the way my options are acting. True I bought too high on Monday...but it was only a few days ago and Sept expirations had passed...so they shouldn't be losing time value yet, should they?
My stocks (extr, newp, itwo and ntap) went down big time but extr then went up bigtime and so did itwo. ntap went up a little and newp went down bigtime.
The calls are for LFeb and Mar.
When extr and itwo came back, the stock came back much higher than when I bought the calls but the calls have not!
The extr calls are less than I paid for them and the itwo are just the same!!!!
If calls lose time value every day and don't come back when the stock comes back, then in this volatile market I'd better get out of all of them because they'll be toast unless the stock goes up a hundred points.
Please interpret the option's action?????
