True on the law. The intepretation is up to the company, as I indicated. It's a very grey area, having been a part of those types of decisions in the past. Steve, I know that larger companies like Intel do not always follow the SEC rule but I am not sure if its due to a different interpretation or to arrogance. <g> I hope that KOPN is not preannouncing because it doesn't have to....we will know in time. Off hand, do you know the date for the earnings reports? TIA. ted
