Richard -I guess what I find most stunning about the your ongoing cacophony is the degree to which you pursue and track my behavior. Like a baptist minister collecting material from the heathen for his flock.
What does making posts based on what one believes to be true for the future of a stock or a sector - stated implicitly or explicitly as an opinion - have to do with cheating? And what about *your* ongoing spamming of NBSC or BTRN etc. I especially like those claims about the MM holding down the price of NBSC! Could you IMAGINE the 'cheating' flak you'd give me if I were to claim that for say.....ARIAD! Kinda like when you came on to the Ariad thread claiming its move this spring was 'pump and dump' whereas, by implication, the countless other BTs moving in the exact same manner were somehow more 'legitimate'. Talk about holding a grudge! No, the only cheating is in your head based on this insatiable desire to get me kicked off SI for past sins for which you, or your identical twin Aurileano, will never let me rest.
My god, give it rest man. You're getting to be worse than Henry Niman ever was. Against all my better judgement, I responded to you once by revealing my complete history and accounting for my previous actions. I know and am completely comfortable with my own, self corrected behavior, and I certainly don't need you, dressed in school marm battle fatigues, placing value judgements on my posts. I've posted an open letter to the entire SI community (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=14468714) presenting them the opportunity to 'fire me' as a result of these revelations- likely a unique event in the history of this site - and you continue to hound me. You're now crossing the line from accountability to harassment: if I had the slightest inclination to review your thousands of previous posts I ASSURE YOU I could find glaring inconsistencies and inaccuracies that could be construed in an extremely negative fashion as well.
I take full responsibility for all my posts. I already have stated that since my return I've made every attempt to be as accurate and forthright as possible. To view 6 month old OPINIONS about the direction that various sectors will take in the future - somehow in the context of creating new portfolios now - as 'cheating' is 'beyond me'. And I can rest assured that you'll now have field day with the phrase 'beyond me'
What's most most remarkable Richard is your lack of appreciation that you're jeopardizing your own *well deserved* reputation by this focus on my behavior. I would venture to guess you have 95% - if not 100% - of the SI BT community behind you right now (refer to 'Go Rick' etc. by tommysdad and his lack of response to my question). By maintaining this dogged pursuit, what was once an effort to bring 'visibility' to my dark past becomes an obsession to 'get even' - in other words, to get me kicked off of SI once and for all. By doing this you are, in my opinion, risking everything you've developed. In short, I'll start appearing to be the 'victim' rather than you and SI.
At the moment it would be fair to say my posts are among the most highly scrutinized on SI. In addition, you've obviously created a databank of many, if not all, my previous posts - with the clear intent of proving what a lying, cheating, ruthlessly unscrupulous bastard I am. For the third time, I invite the SI community to kick my ass outa here, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, if their collective opinion is consistent with yours.
But you know what Richard, after all of this babble of mine, I am completely convinced that you (and your 'friend' Aurileano) are on a mission here: no matter how often I genuflect, no matter how often I present the ugly spectre of my history on SI, you will continue your quest. It matters not that I believe (and I've been told by a quite few participants as well) that many of my posts since January, especially those describing the science behind the headlines, have been helpful and have added to the quality of this site.
No Richard. Those posts, which probably constitute the majority of my posts to BT threads, are irrelevant. Because in your world, every sentence I write, every thought that I have, is the product of a lying, cheating, son of a bitch. You still want people to cower in your presence. Ain't gonna happen in this case.

And here's the REAL kicker, Richard - if there's any stock that I've hyped as much as you've done BTRN or NBSC, it's KLIC. The number my posts concerning KLIC dwarfs those concerning ARIA. But that's not cheating. But that's not hypocrisy. There's a reasonable explanation for that void in your criticism (and I'm sure I'm about to here it). For Ron, it's cheating. For Richard, its....reasonable.
