Smear - Yes on the 401k money! But wish in was in my account today. What a trading day this will be. What do you figure??? 2 million shares? Like I said earlier, there was 1 million to buy at $5 in aftermarket already. It exited exactly at 7 so I think whoever they were trading through stopped after-hours at 7, but with that large a block would seem strange. I'm not that familiar with large trading so I was wondering why it was 10 blocks of 90K.

I'm most disappointed that they didn't give more of an explanation, just read an article from this site..

localbusiness.com

and it was a little more explanatory, but not by much. At least they said Europe hurt (but I can't figure by much) and they missed signing some key sales. I still wonder how much they've actually books Kmart yet as well. With their conservative accounting methods they might have nothing boo from them yet.

One last point, some are still talking about Snyder selling some of his shares at the SPO, lets remember he withdrew 1/2 of those shares, so it's clear he didn't see this coming either and thought his shares should be worth more.
