add: The inherent demand for DSL is still strong. Its just a matter of who provides the service. "New" Telecom debt and equity market are in a shambles, and have been for months. If you're WSTL, you're really glad you sell to the companies with cash flow (RBOCS), not the "growth" names (CLECS) touted for so long by Wall Street.
