What tech sector has NOT warned of lower profits. Yes---telecom equipment and fibre optics. So much doom and gloom on this sector. Makes you wonder! No credibility---all these guys should have known about Apple if they did their homework. The guy everyone is listening in telecom equip and fibre is a guy who is looking out 1 year....and has basically no credibility for being right in the past. If analysts can't see out one quarter (like in Apple's case), what is the chance they can even see out 2 quarters. These analysts sure are not rocket scientists--makes me want to contrary to them every time they issue an opinion that is contrary to what the company is saying. In the PC case, HWP or Dell. At least I know what sector to invest is---yea --it is optical. Feeling more confident about it. good luck all.
