The reason we have drug problems in the USA is because our drug laws are too weak to begin with, we don't enforce them, if you've got money you often get off. China doesn't have drug treatment clinics for abusers where they can obtain low cost drugs. Ask yourself this question... Why doesn't CHINA have a drug problem?
