This is old news, I know it is difficult so here it is for you to see:

It is now Oct, the last Option stock exercised was June. The amounts you are touting about are less then 10% of the CEO's holding. As a CEO it would not be unexpected to find he has other business interests, unlike you two clowns.

Many are glad he is the CEO and that the company has continued to post real financial reports that support the continued prosperity of VSEA.

PLAD sales are none of your business, you are no longer members of productive society and we are glad you are no longer part of our company.

VSEA has been shipping the new 300 mm implanters for some time now and is making a lot of money in the process. New Fabs are now buying VSEA implanters FAB wide due to the great customer support team that is in place. VLSI awards for 4 years running are an indication of our acceptance by the end users.

Statistical analysis tools are now integrated into the new tools, and most of our older tool lines have this as an upgrade to aid Fabs in ensuring process control is to the highest levels of conformity.

Our Demo group has a booking schedule that has prompted an increase in this departments staff to meet the demand. This means Fab managers are coming to us asking to see our products.

Yes in light of the above facts -- your SLAPP has had NO Effect on the bottom line financial's. A few investors may balk, there are many more behind them willing to jump on-board the VSEA trip to wealth. We wish you had sold at $70 also ...
