OT**** No money to buy drugs. I thought you knew. <g> We are relying on police power to stop drugs now. We tried this during prohibition and created a powerful mafia. We have tried it with the DEA ,etc. and helped create the powerful Columbian Cartel. 75% of the people in our prisons are there because of drug related problems. Most of them are non violent. Hence, I disagree with your "solution." Suspending the constitution and the Bill of Rights to go on a crusade to kill drug dealers and users is exchanging state sponsored murder and mayhem for those of the abusers. Instead, kill the drug market profits and the street dealers will disappear. Go Rambus!
