Slow spending in Western Canada, will this lead to lower NG production and higher NG prices? I am split between service and E&P's for this reason. Do the majors think they will be seeing significant upside in stock prices without putting the drill bit to work? Seems the independents have already locked up the rigs and now they are hesitant to pay the premium for being slow to join the action.
