Cash levels should give some downside protection....without the secondary they floated, NETP would be trading around $2/$3 instead of $5, IMO....if it does drop to $3 on tax-loss selling, that would be a great buy, IMO....How folks could have thought the dot-com bomb and drying up of funding for all these e-tailers would not have a material fundamental impact on NETP is beyond me. Jimbo.
