OT*** Richard, This is not China at the turn of the century. State sponsored murder is an abrogation of the constitution and the Bill of Rights. We already have too many innocent people on death row. We have already had too many of our rights eroded. This would simply be another excuse for further erosion of individual rights and privacy. What you advocating is government sponsored terrorism against a specific groups of citizens. What will be next? Take the profit out of drugs and you will eliminate drug dealing and drug related street crime. If there is no money in it they will not push it into the schools. The motive is profit.
