The float of this one will also be reasonably small.

7.8MM shares offered, 31.3MM shares outstanding post-offering, 23.5MM shares outstanding pre-offering. Nortel owned 63% of the pre-offering stake (I believe) = 14.8MM

Do you see Nortel selling their stake in ELAS anytime soon? How about the private investors that hold 4.7MM shares?

True, there are 31.3MM shares outstanding, which gives us a decent market-cap. But those shares aren't going anywhere. 6 months from now if sales are booming, the 10 or so million shares floating around are going to seem pretty rare. And you know what rarity does to share price ..
