Poking around here, and it looks like the time may have passed for a petition for rehearing (14 days), but I wouldn't take my word for it: appellate-counsellor.com Assuming that the legal coast is clear (which may or may not be true, but it just might be), might the powers-that-be be shopping the company around? What are the alternatives? 1. sell the company; 2. hire back some employees/ hire new ones, and try to begin where they left off; 3. distribute the cash to SH (but what do they do to handle the royalties and interest in Axiom?)
