If you based your decision to own or not own this stock on insider selling alone you would never buy it.

I have only seen one insider buy on the open market since the Spring of 1998. Some executives routinely sell fairly large chunks of their holdings as they accumulate shares from options. This can be disconcerting to retail investors.

I had similar fears in mid-1998 when one night I happenend to review the insider selling tally and was dismayed. At that time the stock price was crashing.

I would certainly like to see less insider selling, but I am sure people have personal reasons for raising cash as it is needed.
