I understand now that almost all analyst advice is self-serving both to the analyst and to his firm's investment banking business and bears little or no value to those it is meant to advise. Sell side analysts are as much a scourge on society as lawyers and should be scorned for the disingenuity of their advice. They speak with fork tongue.
