Just heard on CNBC that the PRGN rumor was a mistake. The brokerage firm in question was NOT commenting on PRGN, but BMCS!!!

EDIT: CNBC comments came from Tom Costello, who screws things up a lot, so maybe a second confirm of that news would be prudent.
