Here's one more for the "Jill is a C-bomb" discussion. You know that 3 million dollar loan that MAT forgave for her; well, come to find out that's considered taxable income. She made a big stink out of that, so Mattel grossed her up for the taxes. To boot, that gross-up is also taxable, so they had to gross-up the gross-up.

I think they should pay her everything she asks, but they should do it out of the "future profits" of The Learning Company.
