I wish Ruiz stuck to what he signed. Now Motorola, who has CLEARLY helped AMD get to where it is today by helping with Dresden's process technology, is in a lawsuit with AMD's expected future CEO. Motorola was AMD's good partner, but Ruiz just altered the relationship.
