what TLC said about Gore
My apologies to TLC, his comments were mild in comparison to many I have read and I was just fed up to the top with overblown accusations of liar, rapist, murderer, traitor, thief, and even bestiality against Gore and Clinton. Whatever the political views of people, these two gentlemen are decent Americans doing what they think is right for the country.
There may be differing views on the strength of federal government over state government, economic effects of tax cuts, and other issues. These are healthy differences in a democracy. The endless slander, legal or not, and baseless character charges are demeaning to the concept of democracy and I for one am sick and disgusted by the rantings. I'm sorry if I took my vexation out on TLC when it is others, not usually even on this thread that built my level of disgust.
