roflmao! indeed...they already changed the way savings are counted to include some public sector pension provisions if i remember correctly. the myth that investments somehow represent savings is also gaining ground. you know, the 'we are saving by buying stocks' shtick.

the whole show is becoming littered with ever more dubious data and even more dubious spin thereof. all in the name of the holy cow, the stock market bubble.
