Associated Bank Selects InteliData Interpose(TM) SystemFor Internet Banking and Bill Payment
RESTON, Va., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- InteliData Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: INTD), a leader in Internet banking and bill payment technology, today announced that Associated Banc-Corp (Nasdaq: ASBC) has selected InteliData's Interpose(TM) Internet banking and bill payment system. InteliData will host and operate the entire end-to-end system as Associated's application service provider (ASP), including InteliData's latest user interface software, Interpose(TM) Web Banking, its industrial strength mainframe application, the Interpose(TM) Transaction Engine, and the robust electronic bill payment processing solution, the Interpose(TM) Payment Warehouse.

Associated customers will be able to privately and conveniently access account information, transfer funds and pay bills electronically using standard HTML browsers via an Internet financial portal Web site at www.associatedbank.com. Customers will also be able to access bank account information and pay bills via popular personal financial management software such as Microsoft Money(R) and Intuit's Quicken(R) and QuickBooks(R).
As part of the service, Associated will leverage the benefits of the Interpose Payment Warehouse to capture consumer electronic bill payment information. Through this software application, the bank will receive "on-us" payments directly and have the remainder of payments routed to the least-cost third-party bill payment processors.
