AAPL down $27 3/4? Well, that's gotta hurt. Still it's not like we haven't been in some pain lately either. We're down about the same dollar amount from the $94 1/2 intra- month high we set while Jay was on vacation. My take on the whole situation is that people are probably going to upgrade their PC only so many times before they realize that there isn't just that much that is earth shatteringly new and exciting. Then they have to consider forking out a bit extra each month for their DSL or cable modem and them comes the realization that they need to start thinking about that digital camera or that MP3 player or the palm PC they want for the holidays. The bottom line is that PC's are yesterday's news and PC accessories are what's in. Best, Aus (hold this post up to a mirror to see a Christmas tree)
