Russel are delisting from NASDAQ as of close today. You will have to goto TSE to buy and sell.

TORONTO (Dow Jones)--Russel Metals Inc. (RUSM) decided to delist its common
shares from the Nasdaq National Stock Market, following the close of business
Friday, because of the low volume of shares traded.
In a press release Friday, the metal distribution company said its shares
will remain listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
"Russel common shares have traded over 99% of their volume on the Toronto
Stock Exchange for the past two years and the economic viability of a Nasdaq
listing no longer exists," the company said
Russel has also filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to
terminate its common share registration. The de-registration of these shares
will take effect 90 days after the filing.
The company's U.S. Senior Notes due June 1, 2009 will continue to be
registered with the SEC.
