Why blame the company. Sue the analysts and firms who mislead investor with strong buy reccomendations.

Companies business go up and down and some may not exist.
It is analyst who create the hype. Copmany doesnt say buy our stock. Five years from now if NETP goes to 100 suing the company would not have been a good idea.
