but until the spectre of economic slowdown having an impact on earnings is removed...

I cannot see getting past Naz4200-4300 in the next few weeks
later this year, an assault on old 5000 high

but this expectation of reduced earnings, reduced topline revenues
it is too pervasive

I think we see a majority of top techs reporting good solid earnings, just like ORCL
they reported too early to see followthru
a few top techs will give lukewarm forward guidance
we rally up to end of earnings
then a selloff again, with stink malaise mourning still present

then Fed finally changes its tune, BEFORE making real gestures
THAT will spark a yearend rally to 5000
