hi Alex... Thanks for the post. I see you tagged your investment style as "reckless" in your profile<ggg>; Well you picked the right issue here.<g> After giving this company and this management team the benefit of the doubt for far to long, I'm afraid they've ruined it big for me. A classic case study of everything that is wrong with wallstreet. I'm very thankful for the fact that my head is still intact as well as my bank acct.<gg>... after many attempts by this company to hand it to me. A GREAT study, and learning experience, in how a dying stock trades, and how to trade it, and a good lesson in why it is always good to continually analyze and question your investments. Invaluable. The moral of the story is ALWAYS, ALWAYS be leery of companies who use convertible preferred and private placement deals, and are openly irresponsible with their salary and stock option grants Good Luck and Best Regards, John M.
