Man I'm embarrassed by the USA team. It's really pathetic how bad they're playing. Now the rest of the world thinks that they have "caught up" with us. I can't believe that Vin Baker and Antonio McDyess are playing at the forward spots. There must be at least 10 guys better in the NBA than those 2 at the forward position.
Where's Shaq, Kobe, Duncan, Robinson, Hill, Stockton, Malone, Webber, Wallace, Sprewell? Heck even lil Penny is playing better than Tim. It really sucks that so many guys turn down the offer to play because we would have a much better team out there if they played. I think that even the Lakers could do much better than this team.
They don't play any D, there's no one clogging up the middle other than Zo, Payton's getting his ankles broken, Baker's getting dunked on by ex-pinkos, Steve Smith is a non-factor, Tim Hardaway's shot is ugly but ugly, and Carter is flexing his muscles after hitting layups on Shane Heal.
