I thought we covered this lesson in a prior post:

Here's the key part:

"IDCC is already receiving revenues from 3G. Nokia has paid (is paying) IDCC for their part in a joint 3G development project."

So 3G has not even been deployed, and IDCC is already earning money on its 3G technology.

As for the first part of your comments, Current Interdigital IPR required for W-CDMA = (zero), all I can do is laugh.

And just to make sure you know, the joke is you.
